Refund and Cancellations Policy:

Here are our policies for refunds and cancellations:

 

    1. Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.

    1. Cancellation: The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the organizer will make every effort to notify ticket holders in a timely manner.

    1. Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled to a new date and time, ticket holders will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund of the face value of the ticket.

    1. No-shows: No-shows will not be refunded or given credit for future events.

    1. Refusal of entry: The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event. No refund will be issued for tickets held by such individuals.

    1. Lost or stolen tickets: The event organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced.

    1. Force majeure: The event organizer will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, or other events or circumstances beyond its control.
