About the Program

This initiative under NSRCEL’s Ecosystem Capacity Building vertical. Based on ongoing conversations with over 60 incubators in the last year, we realise there’s widespread need for incubation talent building and nurturing across the board. We’re meeting this need with a 6-week hybrid program where we will cover all the essential knowledge, skills, and mindsets someone will need to run an incubation programme end to end.

When should we apply?

The deadline to apply is 25th August 2025. The last date to avail the Early Bird offer is 19th August 2025. However, we do have limited slots. So, if we receive more applications than we can support, it will be first come first serve.

What will the application process involve?

We want to make this program accessible. So we will only check for eligibility. If you work in the incubation ecosystem and not more than one other person has applied from your centre, you are eligible.

Can I apply if I am not affiliated with an incubation centre?

The program is tailored to incubation professionals. So it may not be effective for you. But we’re happy to have you if you think it’s relevant. Write to us if you want to discuss further.

Where will the program take place?

This is a hybrid program that will be virtual primarily. We will look at a 2-day program on NSRCEL campus depending on cohort interest and availability. If there is an in-person component, participants will have to arrange their own travel and stay.

How long is the program?

The program will be 6 weeks long through September-October 2025.

Who will facilitate the sessions?

NSRCEL program leads as well as NSRCEL ecosystem partners including but not limited to senior leadership team members from government and the incubation ecosystem

Will we get a certificate?

You will get a letter of completion from NSRCEL, IIMB Innovations

Is there a cost attached to the program?

Yes. It will be INR 7000 plus GST, if you pay before the early bird deadline.
