Manager – Finance Conclave & Events

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Conceptualize and organize a unique national level conclave focused on bringing together the ecosystem stakeholders in women entrepreneurship and finance / funding.
-
Conceptualize and organize the women entrepreneurship and program related events and engagements, for example, roundtables, city-based events, workshops, closed door showcases and demo days.
-
Identify appropriate themes that can lead to thought leadership focused insights and reports through the engagements and events.
-
Create high quality experiential designs and journeys for all stakeholders involved in engagements with special focus to the women entrepreneurs participating in these engagements.
-
Ensure that the program events, and engagements run smoothly, thereby, planning, and executing a variety of tasks (including operations, stakeholder management, organizing events, and ecosystem stakeholder engagement and others as required).

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work with multiple teams to ensure proper execution to create a high visibility and branded engagement.

Identify resource persons, vendors, external agencies, ecosystem partners and manage relationship with them.
-
Evaluate the success of the engagements and create reports that incorporate feedback from attendees through surveys.

Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements for events and conclave.
-
Support the team to execute and implement plans with minimum mistakes, deviations, and lags under strict deadlines and help them navigate program challenges and the uncertainties

Develop, suggest, and implement strategies and tactical solutions for the problem areas, keeping a human and problem centric approach.

Stay abreast of latest events and engagements allied to women or finance being organized across the country.

Work with the internal cross-functional teams to synergize efforts towards entrepreneurial growth and become champions of NSRCEL.

Manager – Women Finance Education Program

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of professionals to identify, evaluate, engage, support and nurture potential mid-scale ventures led by women from across the country.
-
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the finance and fundraising course.
-
Decide and support content production for the course and build resource library for the participants.
-
Identify and coordinate with resources persons in the likes of faculty, mentors, industry, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality course content.
-
Understand the requirement of the women entrepreneurs onboarded for the program and ensure soft business development support as required.
-
Provide the extensive handholding support to the onboarded participants to encourage them to complete the course.
-
Support the marketing function to recruit for the program and bring more visibility to it.

Track the progress of the program completion and progress of the entrepreneur in terms of their readiness for fundraising in near future.

Plan and execute a variety of tasks, including operations, and stakeholder management, as required and create processes and document best practices as program progresses.

Stay abreast of the latest courses, developments, policies regarding women entrepreneurship and associated from both India and abroad.

Finance Associate
Finance
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Updating Tally and Other Accounting ERP on a day-to-day basis

Doing Bank reconciliation, Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports
-
Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments
-
Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations
-
Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data
-
Keeping records and documenting financial processes and budgeting
-
Vendor reconciliation and obtaining no-due certificates on periodical basis
What you will be bringing to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working as a finance associate (mandatory)
- Proficiency in integrated financial management software, such as Tally, MS Office & ZOHO Books (Preferred)

Associate – Fund Raising
Fundraising
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the AVP – Fundraising, on all fund-raising targets for the center, and create fund raising strategies.
- Execute fundraising activities including identifying target partners, initiating contact, pitching presentations and proposals, and negotiating partnership agreements
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and partners
- Implement an engagement strategy to build deeper relationships with funding partners and prospects at executive leadership levels
What you will need to bring to the table
You must ideally,
- Be an MBA, CA, or post-graduate from a reputed institute with 2+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Have some experience in fundraising, business development, and engagement management with corporates, Foundations, and Government
- Have analytical skills, the ability to solve highly ambiguous problems and have a bias for action

Assistant Manager – Student Entrepreneurship Incubation programs
Student Entrepreneurship Incubation programs
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Nurture, build & serve portfolio of startups across diverse sectors started and run by students nation-wide
-
Create and implement the program milestones
-
Map the founders and mentors based on the founder’s requirements
-
Identify key problems in start-ups and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and intervention
-
Manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the students to the funding partners
-
Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPs
-
Designing the program interventions and implementation
-
Network and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem (co-incubation partners, technology & policy partners research bodies)
-
Be a liason between the NSRCEL team functions and the students
What you will be bringing to the table
You will ideally:
• Be comfortable to work with multiple stakeholders
• Has worked with students in some capacity
• Have 2-3 years of experience in the education or incubation space with sufficient exposure to the entrepreneurship eco-system in India
• Have superior analytical skills, ability to solve highly ambiguous problems
• Have a high bias for action
• Be great at verbal and written communication
